Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our website or booking an appointment with Grays Foot Clinic. By accessing our website at graysfootclinic.co.uk or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Grays Foot Clinic website at graysfootclinic.co.uk ("the Website") and our podiatry services ("the Services") provided by Mr Michael J Keet and the team at Grays Foot Clinic, 140 Gray's Inn Road, Holborn, London WC1X 8AZ ("we", "us", "our").
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Grays Foot Clinic. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on the Website. Your continued use of the Website or Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Our Services
Grays Foot Clinic provides professional podiatry and foot health services from our clinic at 140 Gray's Inn Road, Holborn, London. Our practitioners are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and members of the Royal College of Podiatry.
We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw services to any individual at our discretion, including where a treatment is not clinically appropriate or where we are unable to provide a safe and effective service.
Emergency Care
Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 999 immediately or attend your nearest Accident & Emergency department. For urgent (non-emergency) medical concerns, contact your GP or call NHS 111.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
The following terms apply to all appointments booked with Grays Foot Clinic:
Cancellation Notice
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange an appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to another patient. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation Fees
No refunds are issued for cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice. We understand that genuine emergencies occur and will exercise discretion on a case-by-case basis, however this remains our standard policy.
Failure to Attend
Patients who fail to attend a booked appointment without giving any notice will be charged at the full appointment rate. This policy is necessary to protect the time of our practitioners and other patients waiting for appointments.
Premium Appointment Fees
Appointments booked on bank holidays, Sundays, or in genuine emergency situations outside of normal clinic hours may attract a premium fee. This will be clearly communicated to you before your appointment is confirmed.
4. Pricing
Prices displayed on our website are correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without prior notice. Any change in price will not affect an appointment that has already been booked and confirmed at the original price.
The final price for your treatment will be confirmed with you at the time of your consultation, prior to treatment commencing. Additional treatments identified during your appointment may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated to you before they are carried out.
Payment is expected at the time of treatment unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in advance. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major debit and credit cards.

Our total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall be limited to the value of the services provided to you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
