Hi, I'm Mike. With over 40 years of clinical experience, I am a specialist in advanced foot surgery and complex biomechanics. My practice is built on a simple belief: that most chronic foot, knee, hip and back pain has a mechanical cause - and that cause can be corrected.

I have spent four decades perfecting techniques in permanent ingrown toenail surgery (PNA/TNA), having performed thousands of successful procedures. My patients come to me from across London and beyond, many having endured years of recurrence with other practitioners.

My other great specialism is precision-engineered custom orthotics. Unlike off-the-shelf insoles, my orthotics are hand-crafted from individual plaster-of-Paris casts, designed not just to support the foot but to re-align the entire musculoskeletal chain. I treat complex leg length discrepancies and postural misalignments that manifest as chronic knee, hip, back and even jaw pain.

I hold a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) and am a Member of the Royal College of Podiatry. I have been HCPC registered since 1986. I am also POM-A qualified - meaning I am licensed to administer prescription-only medicines, including local anaesthetics for surgical procedures.
