THE DIFFERENCE
Custom vs. Off-the-Shelf
Over-the-counter insoles are designed for an average foot. They can provide comfort, but they cannot address the specific mechanical issues that cause pain. Custom orthotics are prescribed and fabricated for your feet alone, based on a precise plaster cast and a detailed biomechanical assessment.
Our orthotics are made using the traditional plaster-of-Paris casting method, which captures the full three-dimensional shape of your foot with greater accuracy than foam box or digital scanning alternatives. Each pair is hand-crafted to your prescription.

WHO BENEFITS
Conditions Treated
Orthotics can relieve pain not just in the feet but throughout the lower limb and back, as the body is a connected kinetic chain. Common conditions that respond well to custom orthotics include:
THE PROCESS
How Your Orthotics Are Made
Biomechanical Assessment
Your podiatrist performs a comprehensive assessment of your gait, posture, and foot mechanics. This informs the prescription and ensures the orthotics are designed to address your specific pattern of movement.
Plaster-of-Paris Casting
Both feet are cast in plaster-of-Paris, capturing the precise three-dimensional shape of your foot in the neutral position. These casts are the foundation of your orthotics.
Hand Fabrication
A specialist orthotics laboratory uses your casts and prescription to hand-craft your devices from high-quality materials chosen to match your activity level and footwear.
Fitting & Follow-Up
When your orthotics are ready, you return for a professional fitting. We check the fit, explain how to break them in gradually, and schedule a follow-up to ensure they are working as intended.
6-Month Warranty
Every pair of custom-made orthotics comes with a 6-month warranty. If you experience any issues with fit, comfort, or durability within this period, we will address them at no additional cost.
